Since everything will be deleted anyway, i suggest that right before the wipe, some players will be granted a possibility to test the gameplay with a lvl21 character. Let there be alts. They will be gone.
For that, i suggest that altars should be built in cities. The prettiest altar will be visited by a Holy Brahmin of Xoen, where he would spawn Holy Shits of 210K XP worth. By worshipping the Holy Brahmin of Xoen and shoveling the Gift away, the player will be given a ultimate bliss of skipping multiple levels.
Anyone trying to harm the Holy Brahmin of Xoen will be plasmaed by him to death.
