every armor decreases sneak skill as far as i know. also WHO MAKES SNEAKERS WITH CHARISMA? most silly thing i ever seen. i'd put strenght to 5 or 4 instead of making 3 charisma. also increase sneak to 300 instead of 121 speech. man its really silly because slaves are no danger for pvp apes, also if you wanna use follower to pvp - good luck he will disappear after few deaths. if i were you i'd remake build. silent death sneakers are deadly without slaves/mercs/companions. and last tip. you should make 10 perception + sharpshooter. because another sneakers will just eat you.

I totally agree with racoon on this, but make sure your st is 5 man a pk ape wud kill slaves or companion in like 3secs, sneakers are deadly enough without them plasma Bader can kill one shot, hide sneak kill again
