DMG is Outdated and also curently it got the penetrate perk , maybe add that u can find them sometimes at random encounters in caves

I belive that's something someone from the 3D development should do.

Deliver the Gun Runners Package requirements are outdated. Now the minimum level is 12 instead of 5.
