Change skin

how do I change my skin? GM's or DEVS to me about not change, because it is against the rules.

Devs/GMs don't want you asking them about getting skins, so you must wait for blue Server message in the game for a skin event that JovankaB has been doing for I guess two days now. See: http://fodev.net/forum/index.php/topic,24309

And if you are talking about changing back from a skin, get a haircut from barber.
