Does anyone know if we are allowed to buy / sell items for real money? I might be interested in crafting items (as soon as I find some blueprints) and large quantities of materials for a small fee. And when it comes to rollbacks, I would definitely attempt to re-do the trade, especially if I had already received the payment.

Well, maybe someone who doesn't want to waste time in crafting and hunting blueprints, but to actually go out and fight. Also some people might pay for not having to collect craploads of junk and wood for a base. All I want to know is if this kind of trading is allowed on the forum or not. It seems there is at least one person who would pay real money for a virtual item, but unfortunately I don't have CA blueprints at my disposal. I was planning on keeping the prices so low, that the majority of my potential customers would consider the price insignificant. After all, this game is about having fun, not hoarding stuff which you will lose eventually. For the having fun part, you will need gear and materials, which I would like to offer for a tiny fee.

Also the one guy who is interested is clearly joking, but hey if you think the amount of time it takes to get a CA is worth a penny you could always go work in a chinese ipod factory, you could make double that.

I think somebody did an offer on this before like $5 for 10,000 caps, proving that you'd be better off picking aluminum cans out of a dumpster

10k caps for 5$ would be a simple matter of having 20 slaver alts, if someone was willing to buy the caps you could easily make 50-100$ an hour.
