If we achieve some number kills of creatures, than we unlock new stuff on Hinkley.

For example:
1200 men killed unlock bozar to take once a day (optional: disappears after 60min, and next kills increase time proportionally)

My proposition was only example it could be supermutants or deathclaws kills or something else
