I just want a place to level a thief, some NPC that I can rob him over and over.

Why needles? They have weight... just use xander/broc or caps.

xander root and broc flower is best. Caps use a different calculation if I recall correctly.

i used my thief often to steal from citizins in the den, those junkis are so slow... and since this char was an awesome sneaker, the den told me alot pew pew tc stories while leveling, sure it isnt that "safe/unvisited" like necropolis.. but if you steal hours and hours from the same ghouls, it become fucking boring.

i remember at a time where necropolis was full of russian bomber chars who collected exp with a small exploit, ghouls simply didnt attack when stealing failed. from time to time a gm arrived (mostly jovanka lol) and did a small chat with us, how is going and such things

funny times..
