If you guys REALLLYYYY want some thing falloutish, i recommend that all the fallout players devise a nuclear bomb, build vaults, go underground, and then remote detonate the nuke, and hope the world develops into something like fallout.

What ghoul where? When? Ooooh you mean those  green 4 armed guys?  Well besides that ghouls are green they have nothing else in common I mean they still got skin and stuff. And I don't remember ghouls  having 4 arms and being 3-4m tall lol. If you did then you must have been high when you played fallout.
