experienced player looking for faction

hello, i am in need of a faction that is pvp based. I have been playing for a long time and have 4 level 21 characters. The thing is, i only speak english thats why ive been having trouble looking for a gang. there is simply not enough english speaking people.
I can use vent,skype, or any other team speak programs. My time is gmt -8.00
