I had to move to the hub just to not look at that ugly Amnesia:TDD reject.

I did some improvements. Changelog:
Added: new toy - Pirates ship wheel.
Added: Mr Handy at the entrance.
Changed: Pong console has a radio speaker now.
Changed: new fence that resembles xander weeds. Thanks to Mike Crosser for suggestion of changing this.

Known bug: no light influence on some toys.

Some new kids appeared.

Actually because of sneaking murderers President Tandi ordered to put snipers
in strategic places, so sneaking grenadiers are not that big problem anymore.

Yes, now they're forced to lvl alts, also stealing before attacking gives only -25 rep, what means, newly created suicidal SD plasma nader will be able to kill 1500/25=60 innocents before switch to another alt!
