First playfield in NCR opened

Today is a happy day for all our wasteland kids.
Tandi opened the first playfield for children,
right in the center of NCR Bazaar.
Here is what some notable citizens said:

"I hope this will be a cheerful place, full of happy kids. Children are our future."

"We don't have too many kids in NCR, to be honest. It's a harsh world that doesn't
encourage parenthood. We want to encourage NCR citizens to start making them.
After a proper, NCR approved, wedding ceremony of course. This playfield is a good start."
