uh actually i got same situation on other mmo and it was pretty similar just from 300 players get down to ~130 but players not multiboxes here is like 30 max

Well as another old time Fallout fan but new FOnline player all I can say is that if this server dies I hope someone can get another server running.

Sure the player base might be small, and yes a lot of the players are maxed level with numerous toons but so what? when I personally heard about FOnline 2238 I wasn't hoping to find 100k+ players, I was hoping to basically play Fallout 2 but with a chance to roll with a few actual people, the low population here fits my needs perfectly.

All multiplayer games have trolls, this one is no exception, but it just makes it that much cooler when you find a player who isn't one.

On a side note though, the server has been going offline a fair bit today, is this pretty much par for the course? I've only been playing here for a couple of days so i'm not entirely certain what to expect from a server where the players all seem to say the dev's have gone and left the building..

I love the game, but i seriously dont expect another wipe. It will either slowly go obsolete (already is happening), or the number of donations will dwindle and the devs will give up, and shut her down.

Players complaining that devs are lazy,devs telling them to STFU and to wait for update ("i mean seriously what could they possibly be doing all this time its not like they have lives or anything")
People saying server dead or dying , other people proving them wrong.

All in all not much has changed lately except the number of topics .

I've only been playing here for a couple of days so i'm not entirely certain what to expect from a server where the players all seem to say the dev's have gone and left the building..

You should probably expect people to continue playing this game while the butthurt flows from their rectum due to a severe case of 'wants' instead of 'needs'. The fact that so few players play this game is a huge bonus in comparison to other MMOs. Then again its obvious that the numbers of players playing FOnline have dwindled. I recently started playing again and I can tell there are much fewer people that are playing the game but rest assured there are definitely players like me that are just taking a 'rest' from FOnline and will return soon enough and there are also fully dedicated players still playing this game.

yes devs have real lifes. but seriously if they cant blance it and there is someone with skill with dev work who wants to start to run the project and has time ( like alot of hopefully devs have ) they why should devs not bring them on and let them take over the project? simple reason is devs are to proud, they dont want to us to see how much other devs can do in little time.  love this server all other servers are all same russain crap which is why is one is best but without new devs it will be dead in no time. this time it will be dead for real.

I m just busy to work hard.This game lives,my team lives,and i will never,ever go away.Go spam some more on forum or facebook to bring up new players,then make the effort to train them. 1/12 of recruits might survive and becomes aficionados,on average stat based on my experience..

Server has stable base of players, but that`s it. Not many new players will come, because some players act like morons (just stand in NCR for few hours and you will see yourself).

Dead or not server, I don't much care (I've been most of time alone, so it doesn't give me any changes to my playing)
