Tools that would be useful in the wasteland.

I think the map of all of things, is the best part suggested.
This can be also stolen, raided or sold, also it could lead to certain special encounters, like some kind of treasure dungeons (Bunker encounter with more critters)

Bicycles to get through the underground tunnel between vault city and ncr being blocked by the snorlax.
Horatio:
What's a snorlax? I'm a bit of a slowpoke here.
