I spoke to Lost Soul via Facepunch forums and we discussed things, we had a meeting over on his mumble server, and he has allowed me to take control of the The Lost Children. All members are now reporting to me.

Lost Soul is wandering the wasteland unaffiliated with The Lost Children.  I'm not sure whether or not he will come back.

I find it odd as well that some new guy is being given the leadership of a large faction, surely someone with more experience should take over? Unless Vic is indeed Lost Soul.
