HQ Fibers gathering ? Easy !

Based on this topic.
If i ll try to unite that ideas sugestion like :

Make possible to gather hq fibers by:
using crafted shovel of fiber plant with 5-20% succes to get fiber plant, (skill requirements : 150% outdorsman, 150% science ) then :
with 150% od, 150% science and + 150% repair skill player can :
obtain hq fibers by using advanced workbench (chance to get 10%-30%) + combat knife/knife/flint inventory + 1 fiber plant ( weight of one fiber plant 16kgs or more (because of 18 min cw for characters) ).
from this player can get with that 10-30% chance some hq fibers (1-5?).

seems legit :D

100% repair and advanced workbench to make HQ fibers from entire plant.

Catopromancy's idea is better, though I don't see why some special process is needed at all.

Based on Solar's posts, I would say the most likely thing that is going to happen is that there will be a few HQ Fiber plants in one or two unguarded cities, just like how Solar wrote about Tobacco. OP's method is overly complicated and just alt-inducing and harsh.
