Ability of healing yourself without seeing your character

Some situations occur in game, when its hard to click on your character to heal yourself. For example your are fighting in new reno, and mobsters surrounds you, you want to heal, but action is so hot in game, and mobsters are hitting you, so their animations are moving in same time, and you click on that moving animation of mobster and heal him instead of you (when some units attacks you, you cant see your character at all). Or it would be useful in massive events where you dont see anything at all. My suggestion would be, that if you click on first aid or doctor, and you use it on your "hp" window, it works same as you use these skills on yourself. What do you think of this ?

You're on ;] This idea is simple and if somebody will not find it useful, then he can just not use it and click on a character. I never healed a mob by mistake, but my char died a few times, because I was too slow with healing as I didn't want to heal a mob by mistake >:(
