Skill point retrieve

Hey there. I dont know if theres any way actually but I lost 25 of my skill points because I wanted to save it for some good of skill but it turned to stop increasing after 99 skill points and that is how I lost them. Is there a chance I can retrieve it somehow ? and Yes it was exactly 25 skill points. Thx for any reply

why save skills in a first place?
use character planner and decide where you want em before even creating a character
