ive been looking throught containers for quite a while and i have yet to find ONE item.
is there even a loot system?
if so how does it work?
does your Luck factor in?

Are you talking about containers in towns? Yes those are all empty unless players hide stuff there. The containers with "loot" are mostly footlockers found in urban areas. This is where you can find blueprints but other valuable items can be found at exclusive places like Glow.

The best container is the one that contains reward for succeeding in town control. :)

I've been wondering about this too; has anyone tried the Treasure Hunter perk on random city encounters?
