EW fast shooter build (+tips and tricks to easy leveling up)

Lvl 21: More Ranged Damage (Wiki outdated, EW works also)
Lvl 24: Living Anatomy

Skills (In the end)

EW (Energy Weapons) 200%
FA (First Aid) 150%
Doctor 100-110%
Outdoorsman 160%

Tips and tricks

Lvl 1-3 -> Take quest from spawn place, Make quests in towns, Craft something simple like: Healing Powders and Sharpened Poles.
(+Use mentats to open more quests)

Lvl 3-6 -> I bet you got laser pistol on this stage and you are ready to go hunting, kill normal molerats near v13
(You can't see it in worldmap, check wiki for worldmap where it was)

Lvl 6-9 -> You got toughness perk right? Now you got little better DT/DR, lets go for Mutated Molerats, go near Themepark.

Lvl 9-12 -> Mutated Moles... Mutated Moles, Also try go hunt with other players something harder.

Lvl 12-24 -> It just same leveling, you maybe got bored in this stage, but you got rewarded you know <3
(+At this stage high FA helps, get yourself damaged in battle and heal yourself after that)

Bruiser gives 4 to ST. Livewire perk seems useless, better take Weapon Handling instead (requires 100% combat skill). And I'm not sure if you can lower ST below 5 with Bruiser (1 basic + 4 from Bruiser).
Also it will eat both Action Boys, due to -2 AP penalty.

Pretty fucked up build, if you ask me.

6 shots per turn + 2 APs for move. Without Bruiser, higher PE, higher carry weight. Lifegiver and Sharpshooter are missing, 216 HP on 24th level. Enjoy your pew-pew.

If you take Bruiser trait, your ST will be 5 minimum (1 ST minimum + 4 ST from Bruiser).
