Most people from top factions are better at playing alone than most self-declared loners. Actually, some factions make you more or less "play alone", ie. farm your own shit and get together only for PvP, so yeah, there you go - well enough to be ready to waste 15 sets of drugs and 5 sets of armor and top tier weapons a day without giving a damn. It's just that this game is fairly simple when you're experienced enough and then the only thing that remains interesting is teamplay.
