My chara is gone Ghoul. i cant com back to human.
so i want re-register.
how to Withdraw my ID?
and people said WIPE.
it's personnel problem? if i lkill other user. my chara delete?
if not harmaggedon? all of server chara and NPC are Reset?
when i go to town no NPC are there. many city. even NCR this is not good..
because of this problem or patch or update.. all of data will reset?
what is wipe?
