Is nuka-cola farmable?

Never seen any nuka on homeless,and peasants aren t shown in nitue..any clue..?

I say, steal nuka from san francisco citizens.

farm nukas right of den and klamath.if you have slaver good idea would be to combine those 2 activities

daro which one have them? i find 4 caps and apple on most of them

Dont know for sure but i think that strong peasants are not in game. Or if they are, they camp at some long forgotten square on map. Has someone run into these guys? and if yes, where?
