Few useful questions.

Hello everybody. Thanks in advance for answering my questions, I need some help.

1. Is Ranger kevlar armor lootable from rangers?
2. Do I need real people in party for the Gunnrunners Mutant Quest or mercs are enough?
3. How much reputation does go down, when I open the package with blueprint which was supposed to be delivered to gunnrunners?
4. Is there any way,how to raise reputation for Vault City,NCR Rangers and Hub Patrol?

1. its not lootable, when I last time checked

2. you can use merc's/real players for quest.

3. stays as same I think.

4. Shoot raiders, it usually gives  reputation or give stuff to doctors/traders that might work too.

Thank you, I count with that. I want those BPS inside :D
PS: Just in case, my question was aimed for the Mutant quest,not for the standart delivering one.
