best pve character

which character will deal more damage in pve when fighting combat armored patrols or super mutants (no armored?)

1. fast shooter plasma rifle spammer 6 shots a turn with 25% chance of critical in torso

2. regular plasma sniper with 2 aimed shots head/eyes  a turn

3. or maybe small gun burster? with 2 bursts from ie.assault rifle (8 shots hit in a turn ) but no critical chance and instead 3xbrd

i m not considering big gunners becouse they use too much or rare ammo

n1 w/o crit chance but one shoot more - because mfcs are easy to steal and you can exchange some of mfcs for laser rifles in shops.

but one shot more would require me to use jet which i dont want ,
and why no crit chance? i would go for crit chance just to get max possible damage output , when you fight vs encounters it doesnt really matter how much hp you have - or am i mistaken? i think its all about finish them fastest possible

Well finish them asap is the most serious thing.

Sorray, I just realized that cant get 14ap :>
you just need to choose between crit chance and carryweight and hps.
Rest is up to you.
