How do I raise Hub reputation?
I can't go in Hinkley because of -8k reputation with Hub

Whatever method of raising reputation... creating new character and lvling him to 24th will be faster.
Or you can kill raiders...

Who Killed Bambi:
2-3month will make rep -1.4k or so, then you can feed poor kid at entrance by apples.

Kombajn:
Create and lvl up new char to 24 lvl will take you several hours...so I guess this is the best solution.
