That would be funny, ARRGHH MY EYES  :o
Crafting ammo would be easy - Rotgut and MFC to give 1 bottle of Acid.
Gun could have burst mode only (1 shot) to use whole ammo bottle.


Back on topic - Fire Acid bottle out of Rock-it launcher for Explosive Acid splash damage.

Crafting? It's a weapon made out of junk, my recomendation would be BG 1 profession, metal parts, junk, flamer and a rocket launcher (we need a "pipe" so the junk can come out of the gun).

Range? About the same as a newbie pistol.

Damage? 10-20 with common junk and 15-35 with rarer resources like refined iron ore, something interesting would be bottle caps causing 5-10 damage but having high critical chance.

Perks? The same perks that affect ranged weapons.

AP cost: 5 ap per shot and 6 for aimed shot, reload must be done via inventory.

Load gun? Use the backpack icon on the launcher and then select the junk you want to load it in, I don't understand the game mechanics well enough to say that this is more than a mere suggestion.

Price: Who gives a shit? Merchants never have caps anyway.
