Need help in EW build

Iam thinking about noobz0r EW sniper, w/o drugs capable to do two shots in eyes at medium range.

This is what I did:
ST 4
PE 8
EN 4
CH 1
IN 4
AG 10
LK 10

Small Frame
EW, FA ,DOC
Perks: Weapon handling (4) Even more criticals (6) More criticals (9) Better Criticals (12) Sharpshooter (15) Brof (18) Action boy 2x (21, 24)
230% EW
40% doc, 40% fa
Will it be enough to fight at 30 - 40 hex?
OF course this alt will have lacks of hp (115 only)
Give me a comment or give another build please.

I would add buff and nuka. Decrease str to 2 and increase end to 6.
However, since this is rt build I would also pick one live giver instead of one actio  boy as you will be shooting from long range this one action point will regenerate before your opponent will react.

Redivivus:
Nothing really to change if you're going to have w/o drugs build.

Except you can decrease EW skill for about 212-216. It'd be enough for 40 hex range at 0 AC target.

Well I got a "used" SG sniper with 114hps, 235%sg and he can take out target from max range shooting twice w/o drugs (action buos), but I wanted to have AT LEAST nearer effect of that at EW thats why Iam asking if I can make one shoot with much hps or two shoot with small ammount of hps.

Enzotainment:
I would remove 2 str and add the points to perception. This way you'll have stylish 111 hp and more sequence. I'm guessing the eyeshot % reduction won't be that much, as you'll have more perception.
