Cathedral - Killing rats quest.

Well what to say.
I went to Cathedral for the rat quest, in the basement I killed all of the rats - except one behind the locked door.
And without killing this last rat, which is behind the locked door, I can't finish the quest.

Any help?How much picklock skill do I need to open these doors?
Or is there supposed to be some key around?If yes, I really can't find it as I am looking for it for 10-15 minutes.

You don't need any lockpick skill. One of the rats ate the key.

Alright, maybe it was some joke but I checked EVERY rat there, twice and I didn't found any key.
Or maybe you are right, and I am that super-bad unlucky that the last rat which is in the locked room, has the key :L

It was not a joke. One of the rats has the key.
