You do realize that they could just heal themselves or raise their AC to 95% or change their HP to 9999? Good luck trying to kill Lexx.

i tried to killed rusty when had 34 hp, his hp was a lie :D

Correct me if im wrong, but AC is substracted from the enemys skill directly as far as i know.
Meaning that if a small gunner has 300%, then 95 AC is useless.

if he shots from 1 hex then yes.
