anyone can write step by step, how to buy a cave in junktown?

If i remember correctly, and according to fastrelog rule:

1. bring two your characters to junktown to bar, and log off them near guy near the bar (trapper look).
2. enter your main char (with caps in inventory) and enter bar. You have to stand near your two other chars (logged off). You have less than 3 mins for that.
3. Talk to trapper (i dont remember exact dialoges, but its really simple). Pick your favorite base type. If he ask you, hit 'say' button and enter your faction name (you can check available names "~ffn"). Now you can see your base location on worldmap. If i missed something, correct me.

As far as I know you need 2 other people (3 total). Junktown is 1 of the places to buy a base.
Caves can also be bought in Klamath and Redding. The place you buy the base determines in what area it's placed.
Caves bought in Junktown spawn randomly in a square, roughly between V13 and V15 and a few sectors north of NCR and a few sectors south of Junktown.

Buying a construction site is cheaper. For only 10k you can choose between depot, trapper camp, outpost and scrapheap. On top of that you can choose your own location.

Ok, thx for replies. There is a problem: i (team leader) + 2 friends (tagged on me) + 30k cups in a pocket, try to buy this damned cave. NPC give only 2 variant: 1st - to quest about willy (ghoul at nekropolis) and 2nd - i think, about trade, but he told that party is to small. What i do wrong?

Pick up 500 junk or so? no thx. Trapper Camp looks ugly for me.
