how can I raise slaver reputation?

all is in the title ,
 i need to raise the reputation with slavers but my char just have 1CH, I have seen that it was possible to raise it with killing regulators, but I tried and nothing change with reputation.
I need it because someone said me that its possible to do a quest when have enought reputation, and this quest seems to make you earn a lot of caps.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

You can't with 1 reputation.

take mentats or a beer and go enslave and then sell +6 rep each time.

If you mean giving metzger some nuka cola or smth I figured that was a one time thing and that's it.

Don't think it raises it that much, but I did this pre-wipe so :D.
