Man of Steel or Even Tougher?
Roachor:
this is based on outdated info, but there are basically 5 tiers of possible crit effects. having -30 on the crit table means you roll from -30 to 70 on a scale of 100 and can't get the top 2 tiers and the crit will be downgraded to lesser effects and damage, so no blinding or instakills. Having better crits does the opposite, making your roll from 20-120 on a scale of 100.

I have a 200 hp tank with toughness and anti crit, avenger does 20 dmg at range and 40-50 from 1 hex, sniper eyeshots seem to max out at 97 with sniper rifle. (this was in BA)

20 in range? :D 200hp tank? wtf? i thought tanks have +280hp and x2toughnes, adresnaline rush, and active psyho and bonehead + stonewall/man of stell :)
when you have 10/70%<->80% normal resists, avenger with 3xbrd hit you for 50-65 in full range but not for 20;] maby someone was shooting you with jhp ammo. Tank are good only to embrace damage, but they can die from one lsw-gatling critical hit. They dont generate damage, so they can be use just for fire support with rocket launchers.
