Slaver Snipe:
Know what else is a fact Astegos? There was a wipe in January, thus big population boom of old players joining back up for a little while.  This is how it has always been and the population starts dying off after a little while.  New players will continue to leave as always due to the fact they disagree with how the game is going, either they believe it is too hard (which is why I enjoy the game personally) or they dislike other details about the server.  It will happen, there is nothing to do to stop new players from leaving unless we turn it into something the server should not be (hello kitty!)

Those that stick with the game end up finding it fairly easy after a month or two when they learn how to do things on their own or they join a faction, those that cry and leave shouldn't be on the server anyways.  If you don't want to die in cities/die less often in cities stay in the southern towns but not NCR as it is a trollfest there.

Unluckily most cities have guards but people find a way to kill you... and if you think about the background that's normal: you're in a post-nuclear chaotic land, you cannot expect to be 100% safe, as there are a lot of cold-blood killers, crazy bombers, vile raiders around.

I can remember in Suggestion a proposal to create a Vault and make everyone spawn there, a sort of "tutorial area" where you can grown until lvl 3-5, learn how to play, then you are automatically kicked out in the outside world (or choose to be abandon the area even if you haven't reach the prerequisite lvl, with a warning). This can be a solution  8)

I am new player and i don't know how the admins thinking...
(i have seen admin make vote on that forum before.. i believe admins care about the server)
Anyway, admins wants donation.
If the new players leave, will not donate ever

There is more things that needs to be fixed than town spraying. Who cares about the noobs if they get town sprayed, they well quit over some other bull shit if they change it where you can't get town sprayed. Its veterans who are mainly leaving and very few who still play.

I think town crap troll should be changed and this fucking lag spike needs a good fixing than some stupid shit like town spraying.

Who Killed Bambi:
ncr is like jabba hat home in wasteland, no reason to be in ncr at all. vc is like a 2nd jabba the hat home, which he dont have.

(ncr is international pk place and vc is russian pk place, ruskies which is highly addictive to insult and scam)

but anyway there is alot good not pkers, including russians.

try to play in unguarded towns, there is less change to get tent follower or pker then in ncr.

also hub, boneyard, scavengers for workbench and other good places.
