RADIO will be well (well? maybe not) hidden somewhere in one of unprotected towns. Can be found on the ground, in lockers, everywhere.
You need to find the RADIO, check channel and post numbers and screenshot below, clear?
First person who post right numbers gets 150,000 caps
This is no a joke. If you think this is a JOKE, ignore my post. Less people searching - bigger chances for someone.
Event starts Today 20:00 GMT +1
P.S People under 10% speech and CS are banned from this event.

It is. Sorry but I just don't want to give caps to CS. They also can create new forum account, so that's why. I know it is unfair in someway, sorry :)

then registration date is what you look for,not speech which can be raised to 10 in 2 hr:)
