So, is this the only quest location that dissappears if u die in it, then u cant even attepmt to get it finished.
You hav to tell marshall u lost the plans when u didnt even get them in ur hands.

The location shouldn't be removed if the quest owner died.

The location is removed, (at least from world map) if quest owner dies at the entrance map (outside the cave).
If quest owner dies inside the cave, it's not removed.

I asked some players to report this bug looong time ago, not sure if they actually did this. Probably not
