BoS ammo suggestion

Who Killed Bambi:
Give 5mm jhp to BoS, almost any merchant want to buy that ammo.
And almost each one can buy 5mm ap.

Please, proper argumentation or GTFO. It is fairly ridiculous as BoS doesn't need that ammo as they never encounter that much armored hostiles, and AP rounds are superior to JHP which obviously causes players to use this ammo, and as stealing 5mm AP from BoS is way easier than getting it in a "legit" way, it causes players to massively farm BoS encounters and steal from them. As nobody has a character that has small guns, sneak and pickpocket tagged for their main character I highly doubt it can stay like this. Promotes alts, eliminates use of crafting.

Steal 5mm ap from Enlcave is avaiable, so no sense giving 5mm jhp also, then we don't need to craft anything :D.

seems you need give proper argument or GTFO ;)
uberstack of 5mm ap at mercants is great. lets make encounters where each npc have few guns for steal and alot different ammo for thiefes.
lets make game more falloutish!
