Lot of foreiginers are surprised, when they see it. I remember one former girl classmate had a boyfriend from France. He was in our country during easter and he cannot understand, why we can whip girls and get rewarded for it. Well, almost every father of whipped girl gives you a shot of booze.

 But dont worry, it is tradition and every girl likes to be object of it, because she knows that she is attractive for boys, when she deserves mens visit.
