If you want serioslu know, that car isnt in game, because its just scenery object (you dacn see trough it, because of not blocked fov).

A Highway Patrol Car exists and is usable as far as I know. It's so easy to recognize another res' fake accounts and I don't get why all those 'don't trade with him!' posts appear every day.
