It's my character and i am always on it, it isn't shared and no it didn't have proxy, because there is no need. See, this nice feature called FR, do you know it? It allows me to not use proxies, spawn mutants and don't caught. How? Well, there is this thing, the window of exposure, threat is just few seconds for anyone to notice and actually enforce some rule, because once i spawn mutants i log off with that character and after that it seems just like a normal FR. I am on actual dual-log and two characters inside city for only few seconds.
There needs to be an immediate reaction, spot-on, if previously game masters had 3 minutes to enforce rule about FR, then in this situation it's few seconds to enforce something about dual-log.

Was good fight, I stopped recording after this because it lags too much to play and record at same time. Very funny moment my weapon exploded from crit miss ;P stupid low detiorated weapons...
