I will keep commenting on the pictures and videos right here, and unless you create the "PVP MOVIES AND SCREENS AND COMMENTS" thread yourself I hardly think anyone else will.
Just stop caring about PVP section and go take care of whatever other sections you actually like.
I'm starting to think we need a local moderator that actually does TC and PVP in general for this thread, even one of grim's alts would do.

Players do screens and comment, it's up to you to moderate it, disallowing to talk isn't better, it's a forum.
Anyway, let's say people will make such a separate topic, it is impossible to comment and talk without screens (screen comes first, if someone posts purely comments, it is only because of a picture posted), so it will be both Screens/Talking.
The commenting is usually a mess, not the screens.
