hey i'm not the one whining 95% of the time for things that people shouldn't whine about and that are of zero relevance to this game's balance and gameplay, ok?

now onto the guide to get melee weapons.

rusty old knife = easy just craft it.
combat knife = easy. kill lone wanderers, female homesteaders near reno
wakizashi blade = easy. go kill yakuza on vs. encounters (vs. encounters only if you think they're too hard.)
spear/sharpened spears = easy. go kill tribals massively in klamath area. i think there's some tribals in new reno area if i'm correct? also, everyone knows tribals got shit AI, so enter in RT with an SG character (level 3) that uses mausers and start killing them. there's also craploads of raiders on the map with spears and mausers.
sledgehammer = easy. just craft it, go near redding where the black dudes are.
super sledge = medium. once you get one you can start killing some other NPC's, sell their guns, repeat.
ripper/cattle prod = easy/medium. get from caves, get from peasants @ klamath area.

now unto "unarmed" weaponry
just as easy. i'm not even gonna start to bother typing here.
