Where are devs....?

Of course this is their hobby and you cant force them to work on it 24/7, but main frustrating thing here is lack of information, what makes feel that server is abandoned. I wonder if its so hard to type somewhere on forum:"We got shitloads of things to do irl, will be back to fonline later. With love, your devs!"
