Shit , T-888 says.
So the guy uses a room what we can't really access he kill's our militia , he bypasses the normal respawn travel time needed to get from the actual respawns and use it against us in PvP , in case scout dies it's back very quickly. So that's an " advantage " and for us to prevent him from doing that is to prevent him play that character , at least for a short while till he understands that he needs to get the fuck out or just log off.

Game rules ? What ? Those rules are so unprecise and general , that you can actually pull out whatever you want from them.
Ok then we will rent those rooms for our mercenary leader characters and scouts too , it's after all just a fair advantage.
