Detected a Violation of Server Rules

Doesn't really matter since respawn kill is still prohibited. Check events its not allowed there either although it happens sometimes but its against the rules basically. The thing that someone spawns at his room or at the guarded respawn doesn't change the fact that he respawned which means that if he is killed there then its a spawn killing.

Everyone who buy room in town do it for some reason. Toilet control or militia abuse, or for trolling, scout. North towns are ruled by factions and factions can whatever they want to do there.

Then I think they should be removed.
But then again not everyone cares about TC lets think about mining its way more efficient if you respawn hotel room since you can get back there faster. This has nothing to do with TC and a valid reason for a hotel room. And most importantly doesn't qualify as trolling.
Back to the thing as I said respawn killing is against the rules it doesn't matter if its right or not right all that matters thats it in the game rules. I mean would it have been so hard to keep killing him at the milita area where he was keep going? Or adding his name as enemy to faction terminal buying some mercs or getting slaves and set them on kill they are better at finding sneakers after all.

in last season we had senaker with room in brokkenhills - BHH you remeber ?  you was shooting poor guy for hours ! real hours! once i went out and left him logged in bh. have log somewhere :)

We are faced with this crime, which show strong evidence. The crime, as we have seen, violates one of the basic rules of the server, despite the warnings of the illegality. Ie basically thugs spit in the face of justice. I hope justice can not wipe away and closes his eyes to it.
