If someone is running with 30 AC, it means it's bluesuit or jacket, if it's bluesuit or jacket, you can kill it with non aimed shots in torso in few shots. CA/metal will remove almost all AC.

Edit: also if they're running away from you, then you'll shoot head, if to you, then the range will be less and less :D
Basically you can ignore AC, bluesuit dodger trolls will die at close distance anyway.

if character planner says my sight is 32 with 4 PE, why in game my field of view ends on like 25?
