If anything, cockroach would take up much fuel, or the buggy.  Motorbike would be the most fuel-efficient vehicle in the game.

Also motorcycles are way less complex than cars and are more durable and easy to repair.

I'd even replace the Scout graphics with this, if i only knew where the vehicle graphics were in FOnline.
Whi fuel does it use, small cells or alcohol? Could you add a machinegun or some stuff into the sidecar? And how did you made such a smooth, non-reflective render?

art/items/scout  (or something like that) repleace files with new one and you have new skin for your client.
