Alloy crafting x5 instead of x10

Roachor:
Probably an oversight but the only way to get enough resources to craft 10 alloys is if you have weight perks, 20 ore and 20 minerals are more than a 10 str char can lift.

Better idea is possibility to overweight self

We need 10x crafting option for hq stuff
