You can put a fight with a slave, beat her/him to negative HP, then take a condom in your active slot, relog with your beatdown alt, who will knock your main(off) down to negative HP too, so you stay laying on your sexual partner, then, relog again to your main char and start roleplaying.

You can also use optional appliances of NSFW frame replacement mods. They could even use shifted offsets, so you won't need to aggro anyone, just technically stand in front of a NPC to be shagged.
