Hi I just wanted to say I had the pleasure of hiring Beo Gorgon for a gecko skinning run and he was prompt, trustworthy and courtous. It was a pleasure having his company and I plan to do it again. How's that for a satisfied customer. For all those new players out there that don't understand what you can do to make caps, theres an assortment of activities you can do.
Gecko Skinning - 4 golden geckos get you 200 caps
Junk collection, I dont remember how much
Brahmin wrangling, can be lucrative.
Slaving (the most obvious path to riches, yet kinda mundane imo)
Spear selling 50 -60 caps a piece
trading fruit and stuff in northern towns dangerous but can be fun.
There is no reason not to get together in a small party and go on meaningful rewarding adventures, this game is what you make of it.

So people know in the future, my present character has a carry weight of 191, Charisma of 10, and Barter of 150% (and rising), Outdoorsman 175%, and of course, Gecko Skinning. I'll be posting a goods and services list in the WTS, but all of theses elite skillz :P are free to GE Employees and affiliates.
Edit: I should probably add my Professions: Armorer 2 (Metal Armor MK2 BP Eaten), Small Guns 2 (HK CAWS, .223, and FN Fal eaten), Big Guns 1, Energy Weapons 1, and Doctor 1. Soon to bump BG and EW, and later Doc.
