Critter Invasions!

A PvE feature meant to bring the entire player base together to temporarily work as a team for a common goal: to defend locations from invading critters! Idea is intended to provide a new layer of game play that brings players together (who might otherwise be in enemy factions) along with newbs and pros to earn caps and get a few blueprints or rare items.
"All players alert! Aliens are invading Redding!" is the message you might see at the top of the screen, but it might be ants invading Hub or Floaters invading Necropolis, etc.
Event lasts 20 minutes during which time no TC can happen (in that location) and players cannot target other players in that location - only the invading critters, although players can be damaged by each others bursts. Maximum 100 players per event prevents overcrowding. (Additional players attempting to enter that town get a message: "town cannot be entered during the invasion!")
Payout all players: recover access to that location and caps in proportion to critters killed.
Payout top 5: top 5 players with most kills get chance for random blueprint or rare item.
Payouts appear in inventory when event is done and player goes back to world map.
Limit: you can participate in as many events as you want and get all the kills you can get, but you cannot "win" payouts more than once every 2 days. (All critter kills do count on your character profile.)
Frequency: as few as once per week, or as many as 6 times a day, at random times, always a surprise, players get a 5 minute warning of invasions. This feature should run as a service, not as hosted events, and thus require no event coordinators. Multiple invasions could happen simultaneously.
***DISCLAIMER: This idea is sure to inspire a server-lag/traffic objection. It is believed that no such lag would happen since current player events don't seem to cause this problem. Also, potentially the same number of critters are already being encountered in the wasteland so what difference should it make if that number of sprites show up in a single place? Same load, same results, but fewer active simultaneous encounters.

lets leave it for events and do not touch north pvp towns. what about when some gang own city and have militia..they will lose militia for soem pve shit or they will use militia to shoot everyone in town who want pve

The militia could be the first casualty of invasion, so they wouldn't mess with other players.
(attacking those critters in high priority)
The idea himself seems not only awesome, but definitaly needed from the beginning of Fonline. (more true, unexpected pve please...Need some cooperative gameplay...)
But, as you brievly mentionned it, there is a considerable risk of lag...
Not only this, we need a true efficient IA... Not mindless waves of predictable npcs...

Also that's just my 2 cents and maybe a bad idea, but I'd prefer everything the city has to offer to be inaccessible as long as the situation isn't dealt with (which may not be on a time limit). As in repelling the critters would not be something that will be rewarded, but a sheer necessity.
